Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, we follow a strict no-return policy.

1. NO RETURNS

All orders are non-returnable.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchange only in the case of damaged or defective items.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Fit preferences

3. DAMAGE & DEFECT CLAIMS

To request an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • A continuous unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the sealed package
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Please note:

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
  • All requests are subject to verification and approval

4. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-MEASURE

All customized or made-to-measure pieces are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable, even in case of minor variations.

5. SALE ITEMS

All items purchased on sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

6. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Once approved, you will be guided through the return shipping process
  • The product will undergo a quality check upon receipt
  • The replacement will be dispatched after approval
